Glad you can use the tutu tutorial!! I continue adding knots until I can't see the elastic anymore (when it's not stretched out). If you have used all of your tulle and can still see the elastic, then just loosen the knots a little to cover more of the waistband. Hopefully that answers your question! Let me know if you need any more help!
